SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into by and between you and Sony
Communication Network Corporation (hereinafter called "Sony") with
respect to and in connection with the license granted to use the trial
version of Sony's electronic mailing application software called as
"PostPet" (hereinafter referred to as the "Software").

You are considered to have agreed on the following terms and conditions of this
Agreement upon your first use of the Software.

Article 1. Copyright

It is understood and agreed that the copyright and any other
intellectual property rights arising out of the Software and any related materials
including, but not limited to, a user manual provided with the
Software,are and shall remain the property of Sony.

Article 2. Purpose, Support & Warranty

1. The Software is provided, free of charge, for you to examine and try
out the Software.

2. Sony shall  assume no  obligation for any support with regard to the
 Software including without limited to any inquiry thereto.

3. Sony shall make no guarantee of compatibility between the Software
and any other software product, including any future versions of the
same.

Article 3. License Grant

Sony hereby grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to
use the Software as long as you use the same only for such purpose as
set forth in Article 2 hereof.

Article 4. Restrictions

1. You shall not reproduce, distribute, lend or transfer the Software to
any third party.

2. You shall not change, correct, alter, modify, update, enhance,
disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer the Software.

Article 5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" and Sony disclaims any warranty with respect
to the Software and  makes no guarantee that the Software is uninterrupted
and error-free.
In no event, shall Sony be liable for any damages of any kind arising
out of or in connection with the use or non-use of the Software including,
but not limited to, loss of or damage to data .

Article 6. Term of Use

The license granted hereunder shall expire and be limited thirty (30) days 
from the date of its first use. Thereafter, the functionality of the Software
shall be automatically limited.
